THE BUNKHOUSE

The ranch features a state-of-the-art “Bunkhouse” with 14 bedrooms that accommodate up to 30 guests. The bedrooms feature a mix of bunk-style beds, twin beds and queen size beds. You will find plenty of elbow room in the large kitchen area that is completely equipped for all of your large group cooking needs. The kitchen features double appliances with a wrap-around bar that seats 15 individuals. There are four separate bathrooms with private showers which are shared among the guests.

HOMESTEAD HOUSE

Our fully furnished private 2-bedroom, one bath cottage will accommodate up to eight people. The “Homestead House” is ideal for your facilitators or special guests to get time away from the main group to relax, recharge and be ready for the the next day of activity. The Homestead is a completely remodeled cottage with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It has a full kitchen, dining area, family room, fireplace and covered patio with BBQ grill.

RV & RIG HOOK UP

Large spaces next to the Verde River for RV and fifth wheels include water, electric, and sewer with full service bathrooms adjacent.

TEEPEES & CAMPING

Spend the night under the stars in style. We've got a group of teepees each large enough to sleep six comfortably. Tent sites are also available and you'll have lots of fun hanging out by our big fire pit roasting marshmallows and telling tales.

HORSE TRAVELER
